At Coppertop’s Clobber, we want you to love every vintage piece you purchase. Because our items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we take great care in accurately describing and photographing each product. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at coppertopclobber@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Because our products are vintage and second-hand, the following cannot be returned:
Items marked Final Sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Items showing signs of wear after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer direct exchanges, as each item is one-of-a-kind. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
