Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment. Express delivery is not currently listed as an available checkout service.
We offer standard international delivery to supported destinations. Current general-profile rates are £14.99 to supported EU destinations and £23.99 to supported destinations outside the EU. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and the final charge for your order. UK free delivery does not apply internationally.
International transit times vary by destination and customs processing. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for a specific destination or a particular arrival date. We do not guarantee an arrival date unless expressly agreed.
Import taxes, duties and handling charges may apply. Where not collected at checkout, these may be payable by the recipient under the destination’s rules. Check the checkout information and your local requirements before ordering.
We send a dispatch confirmation and provide tracking details where available. If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, email coppertopclobber@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by your consumer rights. A request to report problems promptly does not shorten your statutory rights.
Please check your address before payment. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; we may be unable to change it once dispatched. Any applicable redelivery charge will be explained before it is agreed.
