1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

  • As our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, we carefully inspect and package each piece before dispatch to ensure quality.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Free shipping on all orders over £50

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping may be added in the future.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at coppertopclobber@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help track it down as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging all items. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
